I was pleasantly surprised by the great value for money at this hotel. It offered comfortable accommodation at a reasonable price. The hotel's location in the leafy suburbs was perfect. It provided a peaceful retreat from the busy city center, yet was still well-connected to transportation options. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making me feel at home during my stay. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and I was particularly impressed by the absence of paper thin walls. I could enjoy a quiet night's sleep without being disturbed by noise from neighboring rooms.

All aspects of my stay were satisfactory.

This was a conveniently located hotel for easy access to the city of Koln. There was much history to discover. This included a visit to the dom and dinner by the Rhein. Breafast was very good.

It was close to the S-Bahn station and parking was free.

The hotel had a variety of breakfast options and the rooms were spacious and clean. the hotel was conveniently located near public transportation and provided easy access to key destinations. the customer service exceeded our expectations, with friendly staff available to assist us.

The noise level in the hotel was high, making it difficult to sleep at night. the hotel's location was not close to many restaurants and bars, requiring a longer commute to find dining options.

Nothing - staff were rude, breakfast appalling and the location was certainly not as described on the website. We had to take a train to get to the city cntre - ridiculus!

The food in the restaurant was very good. The service from the young watress was outstanding. The wi-fi worked well and there is plenty of parking in the neighborhood.

The place was a dump. Our room was extremely hot and with the windows open we could hear the loud kitchen noise. We looked out over a courtyard filled with garbage cans. The room needed major renovations and the cigarette smoking in the bar, restaurant and hotel rooms was evident. We couldn't wait to get up the next morning and get back on the road.

Convenient location, good value, friendly staff

The hotel is located in a quiet side-street, just a short walk from the train station. This makes it convenient to access, especially if you're unfamiliar with the area. the hotel offers good value for the price, with reasonably priced meals and comfortable rooms. Finally, the staff were very friendly and helpful, which made for a pleasant stay.

One downside to the hotel's location is that it can be quite noisy. If you're a light sleeper, you may need to use earplugs to get a good night's sleep.

I thought it was pricey for what I got, but It might have been because of the exhibition and I think hotels are generally pricey in Cologne. The staff were amazing, but to be honest the four star rating must have been when the hotel was first built. It could do with some renovation to be honest, it looks dated. Its quite near the Koln Exhibition Centre and a few train stations are a walking distance from the Hotel.

The whole place looked dated, guess I based my expectations on their ratings.

Very clean rooms and very comfortable beds and pillows!!!!

Was not shown to room and as room did not have number on the door it was not easy to find. We had to ask for 2 pillows and covers as there was only one bed ready (there were 3 of us). This problem was sorted very quickly. Only german tv - no international news channels etc Too far from city centre..on the web site it sounded nearer and it was misleading.

The location of this hotel is perfect - close to both the train station and the trade fair grounds. It's great value for money, especially during peak times. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the rooms are clean and functional. The complimentary internet is reliable and the breakfast buffet offers a good variety of options. Additionally, the hotel is situated in a quiet area, providing a peaceful stay.

Very bad hotel, outragous pricing, badly managed, a pure rip-off !!! The room was smelly, not clean and over-heated.

Everything was excellent. Close to subway, room very clean, great staff. There is a restaurant. Parking. We have no comments.

Really it is very nice hotel and staffe. Perfect and clean. first I was chosen price but the quality is also very good . The wifi service is a little bit slow the rest as mention above excellent.keep it up !!!

the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was fairly comfortable.

we were a party of three adults,which were sqeezed into a double room. The hotel is situated on the flight path of Cologne airport,so not alot of sleep until the early hours of the morning as the planes were very low and noisy and very regular (about one plane every 2 minutes, until about 2-30 am)

Convenient for Cologne. A 10 min tram ride from the city. Great shower, comfortable beds. Interesting themed bedrooms with their own character. We stayed in the room called Berlin, underneath an image of the Brandenburg Gate.

The room was hot and stuffy after a day of hot sunshine with no fans provided. With the window open there was noise from trains, people etc but not too bad. Quite a compact room with not too many places to hang clothes or put possessions.
